It is the responsibility of LAC to train all Tenant employees.
The operators of each facility are co permittees under LAC’s permit and have the responsibility to ensure their facility is in compliance which includes taking corrective actions as needed.
Tenant and operators do NOT need to routinely provide information to LAC to maintain compliance with the SWPPP.
There is NO issue with driving a piece of equipment around if it only has a small leak and absorbents do not need to be placed under the equipment when its parked.
Interior floor drains in hangars or bays discharge to the storm drainage system and are for emergency use only. Nothing such as mop water, floor rinse water or leaks from equipment should enter these drains.
